Lipedema and lymphatic congestion, when your body starts to store

Lipedema and edema of the lymphatic system is a process in which food-industry toxins, waste products and hard-to-digest substances accumulate in your body.
Your body cannot properly break down, process or eliminate these substances. And if they cannot get out, where does the body store them? It cannot put them into the vital organs (heart, liver, kidneys, brain), so it places them under the skin, in the three connective-tissue layers, where sugar, fat, waste and toxic substances gather.
This starts to become more and more swollen, growing and growing. The composition of the tissue changes, circulation slows, the lymphatic system can transport the sediment less and less easily, and then it begins to deposit here and there.
When the balance is upset
Take just one example: the kidneys filter the body's entire volume of blood and lymph fluid fifteen times an hour. They filter it, excrete it, and deliver it to every single cell.
This is an incredibly fine, precise system. But when this balance is upset, because there are too many toxins, too little fluid, slow circulation, weak lymphatic function, the body cannot cope. It begins to swell.
A heavy-leg feeling, weight gain, fat deposits, cellulite formation, stretch marks, all can be signs of this.
The role of hydration
Healthy hydration of the body is key. What matters is not only how much fluid we drink, but also that the cells are able to take it up.
Good hydration is based on clean, high-quality water, as well as drinking loose-leaf teas that naturally contain minerals, now missing from many foods. These fluids support not only the internal organs but also supply moisture to the body's connective tissue, contributing to the balanced functioning of the system.
LPG, reversing the process
There are life situations and states of health where external support may be needed.
The goal of LPG treatment is to move you out of this state as soon as possible. To push the stagnant lymph fluid, the accumulated waste and toxins, out of the body. To make the body's functioning easier, and to steer the circulation of body fluids back in the right direction.
And this is why we will talk about much more. Not about specific recipes and foods, but rather about nutrients. About what you put into your body in solid and liquid form.
In fact, the quality and quantity of the fluid you take in matters even more than solid food. Because, as I wrote, fluid is what transports, cleanses, moves. Fluid is what makes it possible for your body to function.
When you combine proper hydration with well-chosen, regular movement, that is the real recipe for success. Movement raises the circulation in the body and improves the function of every single cell. Lymph does not pump itself, there is no second heart to drive it. It is the contraction of the muscles, movement, that sets it going and keeps it moving, and in this, LPG is a partner.
