Ayurvedic Orthopedic Manual Therapist

Rawat Mahendra Singh

Ayurvedic herbs and spices: turmeric, ginger, mortar and pestle

About

Mahendra is an Indian Ayurvedic therapist who works with manual therapy to ease joint, muscle and spine complaints, tension and fatigue. The treatment targets the areas where your body carries strain, cramping or stiffness: your joints, muscles, connective tissue, and the tightness that builds up along the nerve pathways.

A session is built on the classic Ayurvedic abhyanga massage, using warmed, herb-infused oils. These oils and herbs are not chosen at random: we match them to your constitution and current state, so the warmth and pressure work best for you. The rhythmic, flowing movements release knotted muscles, improve circulation, and help the body let go of accumulated tension.

The treatment is always personalized, 60 or 90 minutes as needed. It is a good choice if you arrive with musculoskeletal complaints, chronic muscle tension, or simply exhaustion, and you want a treatment that serves both the physical side and deep relaxation. By the end, your body feels lighter and more at ease, and your mind grows quiet.
